I know, I have been a Bad Blogger. It's been over a month since Chase's birthday, and I have to post this video because it is so unusual for our family--everyone left his candles alone! I promise, I did NOT realize I had put trick candles on his cake!
He got some fun presents from us, and then we had the family out for dinner after Cono's horse show on Saturday. He has been into being a Hawkeye fan recently, so that was what I suggested to those who asked--and he got ALL Hawkeye stuff! As he was about to open the last gift, he said, "But I didn't want ALL Hawkeye stuff! I wanted a toy!" All was well after I reminded him that he could go shopping for a new toy with his birthday money.
