I was heading out to the ditch to dump food scraps the other day when I saw this pretty bush with three monarch butterflies on it. I tried to get a picture of all of them, but they never all had their wings open all at once, and I guess I'm just not that patient. I thought this picture looks like one my brother Brad would have taken, or maybe I'm overestimating my photography skills. :)
These are some of the pumpkins from our garden. Glen arranged them on the concrete blocks. I was impressed! He's assured me that the pumpkins will last long enough to carve them.
