Birthday Boy!

Okay, I know I screwed up the order of the pictures, but I'm not about to redo this whole post. If someone has some wisdom to pass on about how to rearrange pictures after they've been uploaded, please do so! I've tried to cut and paste, but if that works, I wasn't doing it right.

The birthday boy with his cake--again, no smiles for the camera. :)

When I asked Chase what kind of cake he wanted for his birthday, (thinking I knew because in Sunday School he said he was thankful for chocolate), he said GREEN. Anyway, here's the green cake! When he finished eating the cool whip, he did have a few bites of cake.

This is Chase's gift from Britta; she put it into a fancy box and wrapped it. After tearing off the paper, he said, "Oh! A box!" He did like what was inside. :)

Happy Birthday Chase!I didn't get a good picture of him; he was all business when it came to the gifts. He tore cards off the tops of packages and ignored them, opened the present, thanked the giver, set it down and picked up the next one! For those of you who were there, he did enjoy looking at the cards later.

I put this on the wall just inside the front door. I love it; the only problem is the hole in the wall beneath it which was punched by the door handle. I think I need to get Glen to install one of those rubber bumper things.
