Yummy Potato Soup

Last week, I tried this Golden Potato Soup from my newest Simple and Delicious magazine. I thought it was almost as good as the soup I'd had at Teddy's Steakhouse in CR more than a few years ago. That soup actually made me roll my eyes after I took the first bite--it was THAT good.
