Another Happy Father's Day to Glen! I'm so thankful to have such a great dad for my kids (and a wonderful husband too!). He bought steaks and grilled them for lunch after church. I did make the mashed potatoes. :) After lunch I took my mandatory annual picture for his Father's Day album. I made this digital scrapbook page with a free kit I downloaded from Creating Keepsakes. I wanted to see if I could use non-Creative Memories content in Storybook Creator Plus. It worked! I later made brownie sundaes for dessert--we were too stuffed after lunch to have them right away anyway.
Before the picture, the boys were running around in the yard. When I called them up to the porch, Chase had to stop on the front steps (yes, facing the road, although no one ever drives by). I cropped the picture to make it clean--I decided even blurred out wasn't quite appropriate for the internet. :) He can't quite pull his pants up alone yet, so in the second picture he was jumping back to us with his shorts around his ankles. I love the picture anyway, but knowing the back story makes it so much more precious!

Drew has asked many times to pee in the yard and we do have neighbors that drive by or look out their back window. But Ally is the sneaky one and did it last year - hopefully we won't have any incidents this year!
