Glen got a call early Monday morning that his cousin's oldest daughter Jasmine had died. She was 12, and had been sick over the weekend. She had told her mother around 12:30 am that she didn't feel well, and when her mom checked on her two hours later, she had died. The family is taking it really hard--please pray! Jasmine was asthmatic, and they are thinking she probably also had double pneumonia. She was a Christian, so we are confident she is in Heaven, but there is still so much shock and sadness here. We had actually never met her because of family circumstances, but we'd seen pictures and heard about her--her father, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins loved her very much, and she will be greatly missed.
She has two younger sisters, one of whom (Danielle) has been hospitalized since Monday with symptoms similar to Jasmine's. Glen told me yesterday that Danielle was off the respirator so was doing better. Please pray for her recovery as well.

I just heard last night from Mom, I'm sooo very sorry but glad she knew Jesus.
